The UK Architecture Forum took place on 20 September 2004 at the Microsoft Campus. Hosted by Microsoft UK, the event provided over 200 architects with a one-day event on 'Modelling and Architecture' with presentations from Syntropy, OMG and Nationwide Building Society as well as Microsoft.

Microsoft today released
FlexWiki, an experimental collaboration tool based on WikiWiki, and made the
source available at sourceforge under the Common Public License.

Deployment Center on Office Online is a new Web site devoted to providing world-class content that helps IT professionals, business decision makers, and others evaluate, plan, build, deploy, and operate the Office client and Office server products.
The Deployment Center home page provides cross-product deployment information for the Office System, as well as links to other Deployment Center pages such as the Office Resource Kit (ORK) home page and the Deployment Resources page for each server product/technology.
In addition to the new Deployment Resources pages, we have product home pages and technical library pages for each of the following server products/technologies:
The home page for each server product/technology is "all things for that product, both admin and end-user."
The technical library page is aimed at end-users/information workers (IWs), and the deployment resources page is aimed at IT pros/business decision makers.
