Windows 7 - God Mode
Go to your desktop, create new folder and call it ...GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
... yes you must name it with the full stop and guid.

Holy crap, that's cool!
So what does it do, for those of us without Win7...
This also works in Vista Business and Server 2008.
Dang... that is cool.
For those non Win7 users: it creates an icon which opens up this window full of 278 (at least for me) different commands/config options for tweaking every aspect of how your Win7 box is running.... very cool.
