Glen at Cubik asked me today whether it was permissable to install a second instance of MCMS on a second server, to act purely as a fail-over, without needing to purchase a second licence.
After checking with the licensing team - Glen clarified that SA customers are entitled to install a second server, but it must be switched off (cold). Further information is at:
